When will my order be shipped?

When we receive an order, the first thing we do is to double check the stock availability, in most of the case, we have the items in stock, you order will be shipped out on the same day if payment clear.

If we have problems with one or more items in your order, we will contact you immediately, either we can get stock from our warehouses in other states, or we can advise you with alternative models, or even give your further discount to honour the order. Stock from other warehouses will be in within 24 hours, we will keep you updated.

if we are unable to process your order due to a shortage of any items, you can choose to cancel your order and get a refund or modify the order to delete the out-of-stock items.

Order Tracking

When we send out your order, we will email your tax invoice with a tracking number. We don't leave any our information or tax invoice in your parcel, but there will be sender's address visible from the post labels. If you would like we send the parcel to your client straight away, we are happy to help you.

Our courier partners include POST/StarTrack, Couriers Please, and Fastway. All tracking numbers will be emailed to you with a link to the vendor's website. You can follow the link or visit the vendor's website and type in your tracking number to check parcel locations and estimated delivery date.
