All goods sold by www.SydneySecurityCameras.com.au are covered by Genuine Back to Base Manufacturer Warranty. Our warranty return center is located in Sydney. Systems installed by us will be covered by at least 12 months onsite warranty. Hikvision, Dahua and UNV products are all covered by 3 Year Manufacturer warranty. All new products sold by Sydney Security Cameras are covered by the manufacturer's warranty or a 12-month warranty whichever is the greater.
Sydney Security Cameras accepts returns for replacement or repair under warranty if the product is found to be faulty or defective, does not match the specification or description, not fit for its intended purpose, or the goods were incorrectly supplied or delivered.
Sydney Security Cameras guarantees that goods are all Genuine from Authorised Australian Distributors with Genuine Manufacturer Warranty. All devices sold by us will be of acceptable quality, which means they will be fit for their intended purpose, durable and safe.
Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts. If we installed the system for you, we will provide 12 months labour warranty to cover the installation and in case there is any part faulty during the labour warranty period. Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by incorrect fittings by customers or someone without a security installation license.

Warranty Repair or Replacement Policy
All claims for repair or replacement for warranty must be made within the warranty period which commences from the delivery date or purchase date whatever which one is earlier. Tax Invoice must be provided with the claim.
Refunds may not be given if you change your mind, bought the incorrect product, size or if the product has been specially ordered. Product must be returned in the original condition and packaging with all parts and accessories included.

All return requests must be within 7 days from the date of purchase unless this return is under a warranty claim.

Where to return?
Sydney Security Cameras provides a return center located in Sydney, our customers can return to this center Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, excepts public holidays, a return must be confirmed by us before your visit. If a return is made by shipping, the shipping costs are the sender's responsibility.
Usually, we supply and install a security system for our clients, but in case you need us to deliver your systems to you, please find our shipping and delivery policy as below.
We know your expects, want each order to reach you as quickly as possible.
For standard deliveries, we use Australia Post, StarTrack or Couriers Please to deliver your parcel. For express deliveries, we use Australia Post Express eParcel overnight services if you are in the Express Post delivery network.
Flat $20 fee for all orders
Delivery times usually take between 1 to 6 working days, sometimes longer for remote areas. All dates specified are estimates only. Despite our couriers will do their best endeavours, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in any delay circumstances. We can’t be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late delivery but we will do our best to help you in these circumstances.

We usually email you the delivery details including a tracking number immediately when your order is sent.
If no one is home at the time, usually the driver from courier will leave a note in your mailbox, so you can pick up the parcels from the nearest Post Office or their pickup point. Please leave your best contact number so they will be able to confirm delivery time if applicable.
